What makes it great: When choosing a studio, layout is everything, I will admit 400 square feet isn’t a lot of space but this floor plan works. The kitchen has a wall that divides it from the rest of the space. There is even room for a small breakfast table. The office area bleeds into the kitchen but it has a nice flow. There are hardwood floors and a walk-though closet.
Why you should think twice: North of Glover Park and west of Cleveland Park, there isn’t much of a neighborhood feel. Fortunately, Glover Park is not far. It is also not metro accessible.
