Just two blocks from the Kalorama triangle, this studio apartment is located in this historic rowhouse. Inside you will find 12 foot ceilings, a gas fireplace, hardwood floors, and original molding. There is even a small, shady patio out back. You are paying for character in this place. Both the bathroom and kitchen could use some updating.

Literally built on top of the Columbia Heights metro, it isn’t possible to be closer to the metro. Highland Park is a brand new building with stunning modern apartments. Inside this studio you will find granite countertop, stainless steel appliances, a washer and dryer, and ultra modern concrete floors. Aside from the apartment, the building has great amenities like a 24 hour concierge, a gym, and an impressive rooftop. On the downside, this place is manufactured with little charm or neighborhood feel.
