What makes it great: What I first noticed about this place is the floor. Parquet flooring was very popular at one point and many DC apartments have this style. I particularly like the boarder around the room. This sort of craftsmanship makes a place feel special. The studio is advertised as having stainless steel appliances and new cabinetry but there are no pictures to show. Based solely on square footage and location, the price is right.
Why you should think twice: The lack of pictures should always make you think twice. This is an apartment you will have to schedule an appointment to see because you never know what they may be hiding.
