What makes it great: This two bedroom is not large by any means but it has great finishes. You can tell that whoever remodeled it, paid attention to the details. There are hardwood floors throughout the apartment and a wood burning fireplace in the living room. My favorite space in the apartment is the kitchen. It is quaint, yet modern. It has a nice design and the huge window lets in great light. Some may think the fire escape in an eyesore but I think it gives the place urban flair. There is a washer and dryer in the unit and a wine fridge! Pets ok.
Why you should think twice: As mentioned before, this place is not big. You are paying for beautiful finishes and an awesome location.
