What makes it great: Whoever gets this master bedroom better LOVE exposed brick. Aside from the exposed brick this bedroom is huge! With about 800 square feet of living space, there is plenty of room to share. There are nice hardwood floors in each bedroom and the living room. The kitchen looks recently upgraded with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Even better, there is a washer and dryer in the unit.
Why you should think twice: Is this a basement apartment? There are some signs that it may be. The support beam in the kitchen is one. Also the window are a tad high. Going to check this place out is the only way know for sure. Roommates will need to share a bathroom. Also, not sure what is up with the weird scanned pictures.
