What makes it great: This location is fantastic if you want to experience Georgetown but still want metro access. It is quiet but still close to it all. Though it is a studio, it is spacious. I think that the kitchen and closet are most impressive. The kitchen looks brand new. The closet has great built-in storage. All utilities are included and the building has a communal rooftop. There is also 24 hour front desk security. Cats ok.
Why you should think twice: Parquet flooring dates the place but at leasts it has hardwoods. I also don’t like the color scheme in the bathroom but the flooring is nice.
