What makes it great: The two selling points to this unit are the floor plan and the gourmet kitchen. Everyone is looking for a open floor plan these days. It’s good for entertaining and can make a small place feel bright and spacious. The kitchen is very impressive. The appliances are modern and the cabinetry is both functional and attractive. I like the wooden countertops. I think it is a nice alternative to granite and compliments the white cabinets. The building is historic and located on a quiet block in Adams Morgan.
Why you should think twice: This block is more secluded so you have to be in the market for a more private space. There is a support beam in the kitchen that breaks up the openness. No central air. This a huge let down considering all of the updates.
