What makes it great: A whopping 1200 square feet is double the size of most one bedrooms. Located on the lower level of a private home in Georgetown, this one bedroom has more than enough room for one. There is a private entrance, patio, and backyard. My favorite feature (besides all the space) are the large windows. I also think that I spot a fireplace. The unit can be partially furnished if needed.
