What makes it great: Similar to yesterday’s post, here is another example of an apartment that has great perks but is covered in carpet. Carpet is not my preference but there are elements of this unit that are too good to pass up. This one bedroom english basement is a true one bedroom with 800 square feet of living space. The kitchen has a dishwasher, disposal, and gas range. There is a a full size washer and dyer. The unit has two entrances, off-street parking, and a working fireplace.
Why you should think twice: It looks like windows are scarce.
