What makes it great: I am so excited I found this property. This is an awesome place for a fabulous price. Run to Capitol Hill before this place goes. The first obvious selling point is the exposed brick. I also love a good spiral staircase. This bi-level, two bedroom has an open concept living area, and two bedrooms and a bath upstairs. One bedroom is larger than the other but the smaller bedroom has a private, enclosed terrace. There is a washer and dryer in unit. A lot of utilities are covered in the rent, including TV and internet.
Why you should think twice: The only bathroom is upstairs which could be a pain for guests. The kitchen is a little dated. The upstairs is carpeted. No pets.
