What makes it great: I am certain this place will not last long. This one bedroom apartment has beautiful architectural detail. Features included a fireplace, wainscoting, and hardwood floors. It is refreshing to see an older place that doesn’t have an open floor plan. This place has distinct, intimate rooms. Some of the furnishings are included. Fingers crossed those Oriental rugs are included!
Why you should think twice: Furnished apartments don’t appeal to everyone. I am also hoping this deal isn’t too good to be true.
