What makes it great: This listing will blow your mind. Located on one of my favorite streets in Dupont, this studio has all the charm I love. From what I can tell there are two fireplaces! It looks like the two spaces, one yellow and one blue, are separated by pocket doors. Pocket doors are beautiful and a great way to save space. In this studio, they provide some privacy. I also really love the closet doors. I could go on and on about this place. Fingers crossed that an EBDC reader lands this place!
Why you should think twice: The apartment is on the first floor. The bathroom looks a little creepy.
