What makes it great: Apartments that have charm and modern updates are the best. This Capitol Hill apartment has a charming exterior. The kitchen is open and brand new. Check out all the stainless steel and granite. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. Side note, anyone know anything about “Ms. Hayden?” She seems to be the contact on a few apartments I find.
Why you should think twice: The kitchen is new but the rest of the apartment appears older. No pictures of the bedroom or living space.
