What makes it great: The more I look at this listing, the more I like it. Honestly, I was thrown off by the dark trim. I then started seeing the positives. This place has great renovations. It has a brand new kitchen, hardwood floors, and an in-unit washer and dryer. The bathroom looks nice too. Both Shaw and Logan Circle are within walking distance.
Why you should think twice: The exact location isn’t provided but my guess is this a condo building. Again, I don’t love the dark trim.
