What makes it great: This listing is kinda hilarious but I had to include it because it could really be a great deal. What the listing is supposed to say is this is “by far the biggest studio apartment,” not the most fertile. It is a basement apartment but is has great charm and features. Note the hardwood floors, fireplace, and renovated kitchen. There is also a washer and dryer in unit. Columbia Heights metro is just a few blocks away.
Why you should think twice: Windows seems scarce and this has more of a neighborhood vibe.
