The Bond: $1800

Located in what some call “DC’s sweet spot,” The Bond is associated with Dupont’s West End, the Golden Triangle, and the entryway to Georgetown. The Bond’s immediate surroundings are urban. Walking from Dupont you can feel the hustle and bustle of the city. There are many people coming and going from work, shopping, and dining. In the midst of it all is The Bond.

Once a hotel, The Bond has grand luxury in an ideal city location. The building was thoughtfully converted into studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom apartments. There are seven floors with a top, penthouse level. The Bond is currently renting studios starting at $1800 and a two bedroom will be available next month for $3150. Rent includes free wi-fi and all utilities except electric. Take a look at what The Bond has to offer.

Attention to detail

Not a single corner was cut when creating this apartment building. Architects stayed true to the building’s history and installed new features to enhance its beauty.

Modern updates

It’s hard to say no to a brand new kitchen. It is even harder when it is on the penthouse level. If you like to entertain, these apartments are ideal. The floor plans are open and the beauty of the kitchen really becomes the focal point of the space. The fixtures are small works of art.

Awesome security

This may sound strange but I fell in love with The Bond’s attention to security. Security is very important to me, especially while living in a city. The Bond has installed an awesome security system with great features. The call box has a camera so you can see exactly who is outside the building when you get buzzed. You can zoom in, out, and speak in the intercom. Don’t recognize their face or voice? You can directly call security at the front desk. To me, having an all in one system like this is invaluable.
