What makes it great: I came across this townhouse this time last year and it is back on the rental market. Inside the house has great character. There is a brick fireplace in the living room, surrounded by built-in bookcases. Up the stairway, there is an exposed brick wall. It looks like there are hardwood floors in one of the rooms, maybe the master. There is a small deck and courtyard out back. Pets are considered.
Why you should think twice: The ad suggests that the second bedroom is very small. You will have to be the judge of that. It’s weird that there is carpet in the living room but hardwoods in the bedroom. I would prefer hardwoods throughout or the other way around.
