What makes it great: Another double take. I found this studio around this time last year and immediately fell in love with its modern look. Clean lines and a monochromatic color scheme makes this studio stand out. The kitchen and bathroom are updated and there is a washer and dryer in unit. There is also a touch of traditional charm with the bay windows.
Why you should think twice: The bed is a murphy bed. This is also pricey for a studio, but I think it is worth the splurge.
