What makes it great: Is it weird to love a bathroom? I rarely use bathrooms as the feature image but this one is just too cute. Be warned that this studio is small. The ad says its both 375 square feet and around 300 square feet. Anything in the low 300’s is pretty tiny. However, this is a bright studio with charm and lovely finishes. There is also a beautiful roof deck to escape to. Overall, you wont beat this price in this neighborhood.
Why you should think twice: This may be too tiny for some. No central air. No pets.
