What makes it great: I am finding exposed brick everywhere and I could not be happier! Not only does this apartment feature exposed brick, it is a great price! This is a two bedroom basement apartment with hardwood floors, a washer and dryer, and an updated kitchen. I don’t know how they were able to pull this off but there are skylights in both bedrooms for extra natural light. Pet friendly!
Why you should think twice: The second bedroom appears tiny.
