What makes it great: Peaking out behind the couch is a beautiful brick fireplace. It probably doesn’t function but I love the look. The kitchen is open to the living area and for an english basement, it’s pretty bright. There is a small yard in the front and the back. There is one assigned parking spot.
Why you should think twice: The living area and bedroom are carpeted. I like how the current tenant has just layer rugs.
