What makes it great: Working or non-working, I love a good fireplace. This one is non-working but still acts as a great focal point for this lovely studio. The unit has hardwood floors, exposed brick, a private entrance, and a washer and dryer. There is even a little patio out back. Though tiny, it is nice that the kitchen is separate. With about 500 square feet of living space, this is a comfortable space for a great price.
Why you should think twice: No dogs.
