What makes it great: I know this building well because I looked at buying a unit here. Now I am kicking myself that one bedrooms are renting for $1600. Lesson learned. This one bedroom has a nice kitchen with stainless steel appliances, in-unit washer and dryer, and spa-like bathroom. The exterior of the building is equally beautiful. Pet friendly!
