What makes it great: EBDC readers, please report back on this one if you go check it out. This seems like way too good of a deal but there are elements of this place that make it believable. The split level floor plan is covered in carpet, no central air, and it is pretty far north of Columbia Heights. However, you can’t beat the price if this place can really accommodate three people. Pets considered.
