What makes it great: When I find listings like this my first instinct is to look for the catch. This is an interesting one. There is a “converted attic” that can serve as a second bedroom. I have no idea if this space is private or frankly livable, but a deal this good is worth exploring. The condo is two levels and features a fireplace in the living room. Pet friendly!
Why you should think twice: If the second “bedroom” is in fact uninhabitable, this is still a pretty good deal for someone seeking a one bedroom with extra space.
