What makes it great: I have been here! This place has been on the market for awhile because it was overpriced. The second bedroom is more of a loft so it couldn’t justify a big price tag. Now that the price has been reduced, I think it is worth a look. It is such a unique space. The building is also gorgeous.
Why you should think twice: The open second bedroom could be a problem for some. The exact address isn’t given but it is just a few blocks to Union Station.
