What makes it great: It’s been awhile since I went through the agent database to see what I might be missing on Craigslist. I was thrilled to find this beauty. It’s no secret that Kalorama is one of my favorite neighborhoods. I love all of the quiet side streets. This one bedroom has bay windows, hardwood floors, a wood burning fireplace, and a claw foot tub. What more could you ask for? Pets considered.
