What makes it great: I am always up for supporting Fitzgerald Properties. They are a great management company and their portfolio consists of some wonderful old buildings. This two bedroom apartment just opened up in a building near Dupont. There are only 12 units total so it definitely has that boutique feel. High ceilings, original detail, and hardwood floors add to the charm.
Why you should think twice: The kitchen is a little cramped and dated.
