What makes it great: I will admit that $2950 for a two bedroom is a little on the pricey side. However, I couldn’t help but share this place based solely on its cool factor. It has 12 foot ceilings, exposed brick, and even an old wood burning oven. Just off Lincoln Park, Eastern Market is about a 15 minute walk. This place also has great curb appeal. It’s a 1900’s row house that was converted into two units. Private parking is available for an additional fee. Cat friendly.
Why you should think twice: 15 minutes may be too long of a walk for some to reach the metro.
