What makes it great: If you don’t watch Parks and Rec, you aren’t going to understand my awesome reference. The Macklin is a cool art deco building in Cleveland Park that has one bedrooms starting at $1995 and two bedrooms starting at $2800. I am always on the lookout for cool features and these apartments don’t disappoint with their warehouse windows. They apartments have been recently renovated with high-end appliances and in-unit washers and dryers. Some of the layouts are a little weird but the two bedrooms I have been in are huge. Pet friendly and metro is just a block away.
Why you should think twice: If you don’t watch Parks and Rec, you don’t get it.
