While browsing this weekend’s open house list, I couldn’t help but notice how basic some DC condos are. How am I supposed to shell out big bucks for a place with zero personality? Yes this is a hot market but it doesn’t mean that you can’t find places that have little something special. My advice? If you can find a basic condo with a reasonable price tag, got for it. Just make sure you have a vision for the space. If you want to splurge, make sure there is something about the place that you just couldn’t live without.
