What makes it great: THIS IS REAL. I couldn’t believe it. I called the guy just to verify. I posed as a renter myself just to get the details. I started laughing on the phone because this place is priced SO under market value. I think I blew my cover. If are in the mood for some stiff competition, check this place out. I doubt it will be available through the end of the day but you can always try. My advice: offer more than they are asking!
