What makes it great: I am nervous to share this because it could be too good to be true. The only reason I am going out on a limb here is because there was a similar deal in Kalorama a few weeks ago that was actually real. This place may be worth taking a chance. Obviously don’t do anything stupid like wire money but definitely see if you can check this place out in person. This place has gorgeous historic features. There is a fireplace, wood paneling, and beautiful doors and windows. Really crossing my fingers on this one.
