As I was scrolling through listings, I realize I ask myself the same question about every listing. I always wonder, “Could this apartment be anywhere?” DC is such a unique city with so much to offer that I don’t want to get stuck in some generic looking apartment. If the interior or location doesn’t sell me, it’s not worth it. The DC market is so insane that it is normal to start to reconsider your priorities. However, there is one thing that I will never do and that is sleep on the floor.
