What makes it great: I have been sneaking around my building the last week and have found that a few units are opening up. Some of you were sad to learn that the one bedroom I posted on Instagram was a little over budget. Luckily, there are some studios. I know this may seem a little pricey for a studio but note that all utilities are included. The building also has great historical details like hardwood floors, huge windows, and tall ceilings. However the apartments are also nicely updated with newer appliances. There is a great rooftop that is rarely crowded. This building is a real gem!
