What makes it great: You would be lying if you said this photo didn’t catch your eye. Most furnished places are boring and low budget. This place is clean, chic, and modern. I could go on and on about the decor. Overall this is just a great deal considering the location and the fact that all utilities are included. The owner is even open to a 6 month lease and removing the furniture. I would keep the furniture but I would try to avoid the murphy bed.
Why you should think twice: I am not a fan of murphy beds in general but this one is especially concerning because it is tiny! This thing would give my college dorm room bed a run for it’s money. My advice would be to bring your own bed and keep that thing locked up.
