What makes it great: Farm sink, subway tile, butcher block, built-ins. I am dead. This is the cutest kitchen in a studio I have seen in a while. If you are ok with less space, spring for this place because it has so much charm. Besides the adorable kitchen, there is beautiful molding and even a chandelier in the kitchen. All in lovely Kalorama.
Why you should think twice: It is tiny and there is a murphy bed.
