What makes it great: Obviously an apartment this nice at this price is going to have a catch. In my opinion, the catch is not that bad at all. To access this apartment you will need to access the apartment through the main house below. So mind your manners. It’s kind of like a reverse english basement. This is a small price to pay for this gorgeous space. I am obsessing over all the windows.
Why you should think twice: You will need to get in good with the girls downstairs. The bedroom looks tiny.
