What makes it great: Bear with me here because there is a lot going on with this listing. First of all, it’s a fantastic deal. As you know, finding a decent bedroom below $1000 comes with some challenges. This house is the answer to your prayers. Technically it is probably a two bedroom but the current tenants have converted a bonus space into an additional bedroom. The house has multiple fireplaces (probably not working,) parking, and decent sized bedrooms. The only reason the current tenants are moving is because they both lost their jobs. Sadly, I think we are going to see more of these kind of stories in the coming months.
Why you should think twice: The house does seem a little run down but you can’t complain at this price point.
