What makes it great: I think it is safe to say that I savored every moment of this holiday break. I hope you did too! I am back and excited for all of the great places 2017 will bring. Here is my first pick of the year! I stumbled across this place on the MLS and thought, “Whoa. Curb appeal.” I was expecting to be disappointed by interior pics but that was far from the truth. All of this plus it is located in that sweet spot between Dupont, Adams Morgan and U Street.
Why you should think twice: It’s been sitting on the market for a while. Poor marketing?
