Pulling together this week’s roundup was easy. I don’t know if I have a new appreciation for DC after being back in the city after a long break or if landlords are really stepping it up. I am starting to look at some pricier places– one bedrooms/studios in the $1800-$2000 range. Let’s be honest, there isn’t much below $1800 these days. If you are going to splurge I am loving the unit at The Gibson and the unit at 2000 Connecticut. Both have awesome windows.
For those looking to save, The Queensboro seems like a good option but I have heard mixed reviews of the management company. The apartment near the Library of Congress looks so cute but note there is not a washer and dryer in the unit OR in the building. Lastly The Shawmut is an old standby, cute apartments that are pet friendly in the heart of Kalorama.
