DC prices got you down? It’s becoming increasingly more difficult to find a deal in this market. If you find something that sounds too good to be true, it probably is. I came across a few potential deals on Craigslist today. But as always, proceed with caution. The only listings that give me pause in this bunch are the super cheap one bedrooms in Adams Morgan. I am also a little skeptical about the Capitol Hill english basement. The post sounds legit but the photos aren’t really matching up. Let me know what you find out!
