What makes it great: I obviously fell in love with this place as soon as I saw the live edge dining table BUT that is not the point. Besides the current tenant’s lovely taste, the apartment has a lot of wonderful features. I love the kitchen– always a fan of butcher block. There is a washer and dryer, central air, and even a cedar closet! Parking is even available for an additional fee.
