Furnished apartments are tricky. Some are open to removing the furniture, some are not. Some are open to a short-term lease, some are not. It really depends on the landlord and how desperate they are to find someone. I usually shy away from furnished places but these prices were too good not to consider. Two of the four have exposed brick! The place in Cleveland Park is essentially a glorified hotel room but you can’t beat the price.
