I have been pretty focused on Mai Place this last week so it was fun to go through the open house list and see what is new this week on the sales side. Once again, I have a wide range of properties this week. I included one place near the Potomac Ave metro. What are your thoughts on this area of DC? Seems like there is new construction everywhere but would you want to call this neighborhood home? I can’t help but think buying over here would be a good investment in the long run.
