What make it great: Funny story. I looked at this building when I first moved to DC and it was not nearly as nice as it is now. I will admit that the fountain in the lobby still weirds me out but I can look past it to get this reno. 650 square feet is a very nice size for a one bedroom. A one bedroom this size downtown will cost you an arm and a leg. Embrace this quiet and charming neighborhood and save big. All utilities included.
