I wanted to do a quick post just to share these two units. Lately I have met several couples who are about to move in together and have absolutely no idea how they are going to combine their things into one tiny apartment. The reality is that you are both going to have to pare down. To lessen the blow, you can get one of these huge apartments. The downside? Neither are very updated. If you can look past the old parquet floors, you can really transform these spaces into something modern and cool. Good luck finding over 1000 square feet of living space anywhere else!
