What makes it great: Score a deal with this lease takeover. I recently featured a lease takeover and the building stepped in to say it wasn’t allow so hopefully, I am not blowing up this guy’s spot. Anyway, this is one chic studio in hip Shaw. 527 square feet is very reasonable for a studio. Since the building is just a few years old, everything still feels current without the sticker shock of some of the buildings nearby.
Why you should think twice: Wish I could see the view.
