What makes it great: Ah the refreshing site of a classic studio apartment. The market is being flooded with small, over priced places so it is nice to see a space where you get some bang for your buck. This studio is right off Meridian Hill park so you get access to tons of green space. It also appears that the space has been spruced up and upgraded. There is a dishwasher and a combo washer and dryer. Lots to love in this space.
Why you should think twice: No central air and not a ton of windows.
