Between lease takeovers and building specials, there are some good deals out there if you want to go the big apartment building route. A few of these buildings are huge (Highland Park and Hetch Warehouse) but others are a more manageable size (Connecticut Plaza and The Rodman.) If you are on a budget, there is a sweet studio in Woodley for only $1300. It’s nothing fancy but it appears to be a nice, clean space with plenty of room. Remember that specials change daily so if there is a deal you see in a big building, you need to jump on it ASAP to get that rate.
